Cascade Physicians PC is a physician-run practice that was founded in 1992 with the merger of four leading medical groups that had provided care for decades in the Portland area. These physicians combined their efforts to preserve the practice of relationship-oriented primary care for the future.

We are an internal medicine practice. Internal medicine doctors, or, “internists” are primary care doctors for adults. Columbia Pain Management, PC is a comprehensive and interventional pain management practice specializing in minimally invasive procedures for spinal, joint, and nerve disorders. Our physicians are experts in a range of treatments including percutaneous minimally invasive lumbar decompression, kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, spinal cord stimulation/neuromodulation, and regenerative medicine. Other services include electrodiagnostic evaluation, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound examination, worker's compensation/industrial medicine, and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Procedures can be performed on-site in our Milwaukie, Beaverton, and Columbia Gorge locations.

At Lake Oswego GYN, Dr. Nancy Salisbury and Dr. Megan Zaander strive to provide the best in personalized women's healthcare. Dr. Shanti Mohling has been a practicing OB/GYN since 1999, following her Internship and Residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She has been board certified since 2003. After two years of private practice in Colorado, she spent the next 13 years practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Taos, New Mexico where she started and directed the Women’s Health Institute. She joined Pearl Women’s Center after serving in her most recent position as Director of Gynecology for the Residency and Associate Program Director for the Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Mohling is passionate about women’s health, a skilled gynecologic surgeon, and a frequent speaker at national gynecology meetings. She received the Golden Apple Award for teaching as a Chief Resident and most recently received the APGO award for excellence in teaching obstetrics and gynecology. She is an expert in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery techniques, helping women with life-changing procedures for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and more.
